SUCCESS STORY

CASIO collaborated with CreateDrop to produce social first video content for two of their leading G-SHOCK collections; The GA-2000 and FULL METAL ranges.

THEIR GOAL

CASIO wanted to produce captivating social videos for a campaign promoting both their G-SHOCK GA-2000 and FULL METAL ranges. Each brand has a unique identity and target different audiences and they wanted the videos to reflect this.  

OUR SOLUTION

  • GA-2000 - In this video we showcased the GA-2000 collection as a bold and colourful choice for a younger demographic. We brought out the fun, younger side of the brand with organic scribbles and bold animation.

  • FULL METAL - In this video we looked to push a slightly more mature and metallic aesthetic that combined fashion and function. Glitchy text provides key messaging whilst visuals show the durability of the tough watch whilst adding visual flair.

Having produced multiple formats optimised for different social platforms, we were able to tweak our portrait versions ready for an Out Of Home appearance at G-SHOCK’s flagship London store in Carnaby Street.
